Your Account

• Register with accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Create one account only. We may block duplicate accounts.
• Keep your password private. You carry responsibility for all activity on your account.
• Never share your wallet PIN or OTP. Our staff never ask for them.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• You deposit and withdraw through JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• Use a wallet registered in your own name.
• Check every account number before you submit a payment. We cannot recover money you send to a wrong number.
• We may delay or refuse a withdrawal when your details do not match, when you have not met a bonus condition or when we suspect fraud.

Fair Play

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots or exploit errors in the app.
• Create fake or multiple accounts.
• Use another person’s wallet or identity.
• Launder money or commit fraud.
• Harass other players or our staff.

When we detect any of these, we may suspend or close your account and withhold related funds.

Limitation of Liability

We provide PakWin Game “as is.” We do not take responsibility for losses that come from connection failures, device problems, third-party wallet delays, unauthorized access caused by shared passwords or events outside our control.
